Q: Must I sign a waiver to enter Airdrenaline Adventure Park?

A: Yes, all jumpers AND observers MUST sign a waiver. For maximum convenience, we have developed a state-of-the-art online waiver system that allows you to sign online from anywhere in the world and without printing. You can sign the “eWaiver” at our Waiver Station when you arrive at the facility; or you can sign now from any computer.

Anyone under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or Legal Guardian. Grandparents, siblings, nannies, aunts/uncles, and other family members without court issued guardianship are not considered legal guardians. If you are bringing children or teens who are not your kids — for birthdays or play dates – please remember to have waivers signed by their parents before you come. Permission by phone or email is not sufficient. Once you have a signed waiver on file, it is valid for subsequent visits at Airdrenaline for one full year.

Q: Do you have a Printable Waiver?

A: Hard copy waivers are usually the easiest form for large groups and birthday parties to distribute to parents of the jumpers. Please keep in mind this waiver is only good for that one day, you will need to re-sign another if you plan to return. If you choose to sign an online waiver or on the computers at our facility, this will be valid for 1 full calendar year. For printable waiver, please click here.

Q: Okay, so there are trampolines…but what can we do at Airdrenaline?

A: You can bounce in our open jump field (over 50 connected trampolines), play intense trampoline dodgeball, do tricks into our air bags, dunk a basketball on hoops of different levels. You get the idea.

Q: Is Airdrenaline dangerous?

A: Airdrenaline employs the latest technology and safety engineering to ensure that your jumping experience is as safe as possible. Like any vigorous sporting activity, injuries can and do occur. However, injuries are rare and usually quite minor.

A recent study of trampoline parks across the US found an injury incident rate of 0.02%, with the most common injuries being trampoline burns and bruises. Trampoline Parks have a better safety rate than any competitive sport; even safer than bowling! Follow our safety rules and the chances of injury are even less. There is always a staff member certified in First-Aid and CPR, on shift at one time.

Q: Do I need to buy tickets in advance to jump at Airdrenaline?

A: Walk-ins are always welcome and typically we are able to accommodate you. However, on Fridays, Saturdays, and holiday breaks we do tend to sell out.

You can pre-purchase your jump time and secure your time spot by purchasing tickets online. Follow the “Buy Tickets” button in the hamburger menu (in the right-hand corner of this page) to purchase tickets online. Online tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Q: When is Airdrenaline Open?

A: Always check our Activities Calendar and/or Facebook for the most up-to-date info on our schedule and any changes. Our hours do differ during the school year and Summers/holidays.

Q: Are there any age limits or restrictions?

A: Airdrenaline is fun for every age! We have special Kid Jump pricing for children 6 and under from 10 am – noon on weekdays and 10 am to 11 am on weekends. During Kid Jump, one accompanying adult can jump free with the kiddos. During Open Jump, any jumper under 46 inches will be asked to stay in the Kiddie Court. On Friday nights there is an 11-year-old minimum age requirement for “Club Air” after 9pm. You must be 14 years or older to be dropped off without an adult.

Q: Can I come and just watch my kids?

A: Yes, you may go up to the trampoline deck as an observer without purchasing a jump ticket. However, you must still sign a waiver to enter the arena. You must be 14 years or older to be dropped off without an adult.

Q: Will I start jumping when I arrive?

A: Our jump times begin every half hour. We always suggest arrive 10-15 minutes on weekdays and 15-20 minutes on weekends, prior to you desired jump time to ensure enough time to check-in, put your items into our cubbies and get ready to jump. We always give our guests the option to begin jumping at the time they arrive, but they may lose some of their jump time if they choose this option. 


Q: What should I wear?

A: Something comfortable! You will be having a blast and getting a great workout, so exercise gear is fine. Trampoline grip socks are optional for the trampolines. We sell these custom socks at the register with “grippy” bottoms that help you get the most out of your jumping experience. Price is $2.50/pair and they can be re-used many times. Shirts must be worn at all times.

Q: Does Airdrenaline do Birthday Parties?

Q: Can I rent Airdrenaline exclusively for a Slumber Party or all-night party?

A: Yes, you can. We perfected the trampoline park slumber party and yes, it is awesome! All night at our park with 60-150 friends. 11:30 pm to 7:30 am. Your own custom music and full use of our huge wall projector, along with full access to all party rooms. Sleeping bags on the trampolines are encouraged (if you sleep!!!) Our Slumber parties get rave reviews! This is great for high school senior nights, group outings and much more.

Q: Can I rent out the facility for a private event or party?

A: Yes, but we are particular about the timing of exclusive events, based on our hours and availability. Rental pricing starts at $1500 for 1 hour and $2170 for 2 hours. (this price includes use of the party rooms) Maximum capacity is 165 Jumpers. Please call us to discuss private party times at 518-618-3791.

A: We offer the most unique fundraisers on the planet and memorable slumber parties. For companies and organizations, Airdrenaline is an active, creative and fun new option for team building events. Q: How do I request a donation from your facility?

A: Airdrenaline reviews donation requests on a case-by-case basis. You must be authorized to represent an organization and act on its behalf to request a donation. Please fill out our Donation Request Form and send it in to info@airdrenaline.com. Please note, due to the high volume of requests, please allow up to 2 weeks response time. All of our community events are very important to us.

Q: How do we get there?

Q: Where can I store personal belongings?

A: We strongly suggest leaving all valuables at home or in the car. Bring only what you need to jump. We provide cubbies for your shoes or extra clothes but Airdrenaline is NOT responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen items. You are not allowed to jump with your smart phone and devices such as Go-Pro’s must be worn (harnessed on) not held.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy

A: No refunds or rescheduling of pre-purchased Airdrenaline tickets. This includes tickets purchased online, since our activities require a capacity.

Q: Do you sell gift cards?

A: Yes we do, and we think there is no better present than the gift of jumping! We offer them in two ways, either come into the store and purchase a gift card at the front desk, or you can purchase one right online. Gift cards purchased in-store are in the form of a physical card, while online gift cards are in the form of an e-gift certificate.
